In this session, you will be introduced to some simple mindfulness practices you can easily incorporate into your daily life.  Discover how the practice of mindfulness may help you manage emotions, reduce stress, improve relationships and connect to your best self.

Do you sometimes struggle with your emotions? What if those "negative" emotions that sometimes seem to hijack you could actually be a pathway into higher consciousness? What if emotions, rather than separating you from God and Wisdom, could actually connect you? How might emotions, including the most difficult, muddled ones, be a gateway to personal growth and transformation?

 

In this three-part series, you will learn tools and concepts to help you:

  • Stop beating yourself up for having "negative" emotions

  • Understand the physical, mental and spiritual components of emotion

  • Feel your emotions without getting swept away by them

  • More mindfully and skillfully manage your emotions (and those "sticky" thoughts)

  • Use your emotions as a pathway to wisdom and transformation
