Coaching is a process that can help you live the life you want to live. Sounds simple, but many, many people in the world today are not living their lives in the way they would like. So many things get in the way - the demands of work and family, financial pressures, stress, information overload, too many choices, and lack of confidence, to name just a few. I help people cut through that clutter, clarify their "doing" and "being" goals, and then take action to get there.
That may mean reaching a specific goal - for example, increasing the revenue in your business, getting a promotion, changing jobs, or improving your relationships. Or it may mean getting back to the "best you" - the you that may ignored for a while as you took care of everything and everyone else.
Coaching is at its essence a conversation. A conversation with your coach and a conversation with yourself, in a way that allows you to really hear yourself. It is a conversation with a purpose: to help you reach your goals and become your best self. But coaching is more than a conversation. Coaching is an action oriented process. Coaching will challenge you to proactively influence or change those things you can. Coaching can help you change your thought patterns, change your behavior, and change the results you are getting in your life. When self-help just isn't working, coaching can help you get unstuck and start living the life you want to live.
While coaching will ask you to step a bit outside your comfort zone, you will be supported along the way. And how comfortable is that comfort zone, really?
I will listen to you intently, ask questions to help you clarify your thinking, provide resources, offer alternative viewpoints and help you set up a step by step action plan to move toward your goals and dreams. I will be your cheerleader and I will be your accountability partner.
Coaching may involve any or all areas of life, including work, finances, health, relationships, spirituality and recreation. You decide which areas of your life to bring into the coaching process and you decide how to handle those areas and implement your choices in those areas. Any action I may suggest is negotiable - you may choose to act or not to act, or to take a different action entirely. All actions and decisions are yours. I will support you along the way, but the journey is yours - where you go and how fast you get there is entirely up to you.
